Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns for change of mind, as all our pieces are handmade and uniquely crafted. Returns are only accepted if an item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

What if my mug arrives broken or damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with a clear photo or video of the damage. We will replace it or offer store credit if a replacement is unavailable.

Can I exchange a mug?

Yes, exchanges are accepted if:
• You received the wrong item
• The item is broken

Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of delivery.

Do I have to pay for shipping when exchanging?

If the exchange is due to our mistake or a defect, we cover the shipping.
If you want to change the item by preference, shipping fees apply.

Why might my mug look slightly different from the photo?

All Rozell’s Pottery pieces are handmade from pure Egyptian clay, which means slight variations in shape, color, and speckles are natural and part of their unique charm.

Are the mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?

Yes, our mugs are microwave safe.
For pieces with gold details, we recommend not using the dishwasher to protect the gold from fading over time

Can I open the package upon delivery?

Shipping companies do not allow customers to open packages before receiving them.
If you find any damage after opening, just contact us immediately.

8. How long will delivery take?

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days.
