• We accept replacements and exchanges only for damaged items or order mistakes.

• No returns or refunds for change of mind.

• Handmade variations in color, shape, or speckles are normal and not considered defects.

• For items with gold details, avoid dishwashers to prevent fading over time.

• Please report any damage within 24 hours of receiving your order.
